Dear leaders of the Management movement,

Greetings from Sijin Bt, your fellow KMA member. I am contesting in the current KMA Managing Committee election with the vision to transform the Kerala Management Association (KMA) into a true powerhouse of management knowledge, policy influence, and professional leadership by fulfilling all the objectives mentioned in the KMA by-law in its real spirit.

I strongly believe that KMA has a vital role to play in Kerala’s economic and social development by contributing to policymaking, empowering professionals, and leading the state’s management ecosystem, in addition to its conventional activities. I envision KMA as more than just an association. I envision it as a movement that shapes policies, develops leaders, empowers industries, supports businesses, and contributes meaningfully to Kerala’s future. (KMA Objectives Clause 3.19 & 3.20)

Align with KMA Objectives 3.20 To be an opinion leader on contemporary issues that has an impact on the economic, industrial and social fabric of the State of Kerala and to bring it to the public domain.
